We started our 2020 event campaign off with a good'n with bad weather out we thought a night of art and dancing was needed. DJ set from Rich our very good friend and also a live art installation by CJ Design was insane. Oh what a night. Bring on the next one.
Dyme came back for the third time but this time with company. Blueyute did more than hold his own performing before the boys and also we have eilirhaf photography exhibit some amazing travel and surf shots. SLW barbers had a chair in the store for the night swell. I know right a lot going on in one shop. It was a bloody brilliant night and a perfect way to finish the year.
Tom Auton came along and performed some awesome tunes and Anna Jones Illustrates came down to do live illustrations of people through the night. An awesome night of art and music!!
These boys dimmed the lights and ramped up the skills. Acoustic set from the boys really brought an awesome atmosphere to the shop. Beano you are all welcome back anytime.
We just had to throw a big one for Murf_Design it would be wrong not to. So Hugo Cottu came down from London with his awesome crew and smashed the event to pieces. They even say the Stevie wonder Happy Birthday to the lad. Great day full of Great people.
So we were lucky enough to do a promo video with MG and Nathaniel Cars. Four lads, one brand you MG ZS and Brecon, what more could you ask for.
Dyme returned, Faru jewellery launched and Amos Cafe did falafel burgers to die for. The perfect Christmas shin dig.
The best halloween pumpkin carving competition in the whole of the Diff. We awarded the top 3 and the bottom 3. Boring Joel taking home the award for worst pumpkin and Lil Ben and Amelia carving a master piece which was our original Wave logo won it by a mile.
Ohhhh yes, the first music event in our Store in Queens Arcade. Our close friends Dyme really took the shop by storm and absolutely smashed it. .
Cardiffs Duke Street Arcade became our home for a few months and gave us a taste of what could be. Here is a video done by the very talented Josh Walker showing off the shop.
The little man coffee co allowed us to show off our winter collection and have a bag of laughs at the same time. At this point we didn't know this would kick start the OSA that we now know.
